And for patients, inconsistency of care means medical errors (the #3 cause of death in the US) and massive waste.

Elemeno Health is a UCSF and Y Combinator backed B2B SaaS for healthcare facilities. Elemeno is “a playbook in your pocket,” customized to support frontline teams with bite-sized training and communication at their fingertips. Elemeno empowers staff with the support they need to be their best and deliver the right care at the right time. Drive practice consistency at scale, reducing costs, increasing safety and improving outcomes. We are deployed in hospitals, post-acute care, and clinic systems nationally, paired with published results, passionate clients, and consistent renewals. 

We are located in Oakland, CA, close to Fruitvale BART. While this position is remote during Covid, San Francisco Bay Area candidates are preferred for when we are able to meet and collaborate in person safely.

Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who is passionate about healthcare and enjoys the challenges and excitement of startups preparing for scale. This is an important time for Elemeno, not only as we build the foundation needed for scale, but also as we help healthcare leaders through an unprecedented pandemic. 

You will have a key role in helping us market across multiple channels, identify strategies to reach key buyers, and become a trusted partner and thought leader to healthcare teams in a critical time.

This role is currently an individual contributor role reporting to the COO. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand our audience personas and sales process to build thought leadership, content, and marketing strategies to empower and reach our target audience
  • Keep a pulse on the challenges our target audience is experiencing with the rapid changes happening in healthcare and deliver marketing strategies that are aligned with what our target audience is experiencing
  • Own all marketing channels including social media, email, sponsorships, and events, developing strategies and then executing against them
  • Develop new content and collateral on an ongoing basis with updated messaging including case studies, blog content, decks, and more 
  • Be a great marketing partner for our channel partners providing them with messaging examples, co-branded collateral, and webinar content
  • Manage creative direction for all content and design production
  • Manage the writing and distribution of all press releases
  • Update and maintain our company website 


  • In-depth, working knowledge of digital marketing best practices and channels
  • Proven experience managing marketing in a high growth startup environment
  • Proven track record working cross functionally with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Engineering and presenting internally and externally to leadership teams
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot Sales & Marketing Hubs, and WordPress
  • Customer-oriented approach

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in startup B2B marketing, ideally within digital health
  • Experience working with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendors
  • Passion for and experience working in early stage startup cultures, wearing multiple hats, working collaboratively, but driving forward proven B2B marketing strategies
